Melanie Goldman is a West Coast retail leasing expert who has worked in-house with a variety of major retail landlords as well as small to medium sized emerging brands, handling their leasing needs “from A to Z.” Her extensive deal making experience from both the landlord and tenant perspectives, combined with her in-depth understanding of the market, results in the capacity to truly understand and solve for the needs of both sides in a deal, and to always deliver valuable leasing solutions to her clients.
In addition, Melanie’s broad understanding of the social media landscape allows her to add incremental value to her clients in many subtle ways as well as stay on top of retail trends, identify attractive prospects and close first to market retailers.
After years of working on both sides of the leasing equation for major corporations, Melanie decided to leverage her professional expertise and start a boutique advisory agency to provide culturally sensitive, tailored leasing solutions for retail and landlord clients alike.
