Melanie Lee Goldman is the founder and CEO of Elevate Retail Group, a boutique retail leasing and advisory firm representing emerging brands, independent retailers, landlords, and developers. With over 20 years of experience in real estate, she is known for creative, tailored solutions that help clients secure the right deal on the right terms.
Melanie began her career in corporate real estate at Macerich and Kennedy Wilson, where she gained an inside view of how landlords evaluate tenants, structure deals, and negotiate leases. As a broker and landlord leasing representative, she noticed a recurring problem: highly qualified independent retailers were signing leases for malls and innovative retail spaces without fully understanding the process or their options.
She saw an opportunity to change that. Melanie left the corporate world to found Elevate Retail Group, giving new and emerging brands the same level of sophisticated representation that large national tenants take for granted. Today, she also partners with landlords and developers to curate tenant mixes, bring fresh concepts into their properties, and negotiate leases that work for everyone. She guides clients from first site search or leasing strategy through lease execution and beyond.
Her priority is simple: every client feels supported through a complex process and confident they’ve secured the best possible deal, every time.
