Melanie Goldman is the founder and CEO of Elevate Retail Group and a commercial leasing expert. With over 13 years of experience in both tenant and landlord representation, Melanie is known for her ability to generate innovative and creative solutions for all of her clients.
Her past experience working for corporations such as Macerich and Kennedy Wilson gave her in-depth insight into the landlord-tenant negotiation process and valuable experience on both sides of the deal making process.
During her tenure as a broker and landlord leasing representative in commercial real estate, Melanie realized there were many highly qualified independent retailers interested in expanding into innovative retail spaces and malls who were signing deals without truly understanding the process or their options. Melanie understood there was an opportunity to meet a need in the market and change the way new and emerging brands are represented in the industry.
Melanie left the corporate world to start Elevate Retail Group as a way to help emerging brands and independent retailers navigate the complex deal making process and be throughly represented through lease execution and beyond. Her number one priority is to ensure all her clients feel supported during what can often times be a difficult process and feel confident they are achieving the best possible deal- every single time.

Hattie Chou brings 13+ years of commercial real estate experience with deep insight from her tenure with some of the industry’s most prominent REITs including Vornado Realty Trust, Macerich, Westfield, and Jamestown. Hattie specializes in strategic planning and merchandising, identifying and growing first-to-market retailers, and curating innovative retail mix for tastemakers and local target audiences alike. She uses a consultative advisory approach that has led to great success navigating and bridging partnerships between Landlords and highly sought after brands including Reformation, Senreve, Savage x Fenty, Gorjana and more.
Hattie’s penchant for delivering an exceptional experience earned her a role in the $1.2B expansion and redevelopment of Westfield Valley Fair where she conceptualized, curated, merchandised and leased 12,000sf of challenged space into a destination cultural food hall that became one of the main attractions of the Shopping Center. She was recognized with the Best Deal of The Year and MVP awards at Westfield for her innovative deal making approach.
